About us
Khyris started of as a brand of ladies clothing representing timeless, elegant designs that offer both style and comfort. We have explored our design style to now include clothing for women of all ages and sizes, as well as represent the different design styles of various individuals. This is to ensure that a woman visiting our online store will find something that will suit her style and budget. All our clothing are manufactured in house by our own creative team in Durban, South Africa. This allows us to continually maintain the same level of high quality products on offer. To ensure that we can always offer every woman who visits our store the experience of wearing our brand, we are constantly adding new products including jewellery and other accessories. We will specify in our product description if a piece of accessory is a Khyris creation and if not, where it has originated. We source our fabric locally and abroad and are able to offer interesting pieces of accessories to compliment our brand either from our findings abroad, locally supported talent or made ourselves.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Product availability
Lead-time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 12h00 noon.
Should the product not be in stock please allow a max of 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery. The duration could be earlier than 10 days. Should the product not be available, we will notify you via email and you have a choice to purchase an alternative or similar product or receive a full refund. Refund will be processed and paid within 14 working days.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy
Delivery will be effected once a confirmed payment has been received. Please view the different options to pay under our Methods of Payment. Expected delivery will be between 2 to 5 working days. Delivery could be sooner depending on delivery address. We have a right to review our delivery terms and conditions periodically to improve our service delivery.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Exchange Policy
We offer a free exchange policy. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you have an option to exchange for the appropriate size, colour or style. We cannot guarantee you an appropriate exchange as our stock on certain styles and sizes may have been sold out by the time you decide to exchange. It is therefore advisable to communicate your intention to exchange as soon as possible, so that we can ensure we have the appropriate item to replace and set aside for your exchange. We will attach a return slip with cut off date for return or exchange to all purchase when delivered so that you are aware of your last day of return or exchange.
Shipping
We offer a free door to door delivery to all major centres in South Africa for purchases above R350. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Reshipment will be for your own account as we provide only one free delivery.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Once a confirmed payment is made you will have your goods dispatched. An email will be sent to you confirming your purchase as well as a tracking no for you to track your goods once the goods have been despatched.
Refunds / Returns Policy
We offer a return and refund policy within 7 days of your purchase. All returned items must have swing tags still attached and be unworn to be considered for a return and refund. If there were any other special packaging, it must be returned in the original packaging. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase or return an item, you are requested to inform us immediately via email on returns @shoppekhyris.com. If you cannot get to email us immediately, you can whatsapp us on 0835641083. If we have not despatched your item at the time of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your order. If we have already despatched your order, you must advise us in writing of your cancellation and the person who made the original purchase must sign any such cancellation. Items returned will be at your own delivery cost with options for us to arrange a courier for you or you opting to use your own courier. Item has to be unworn, with swing tags still attached and in original packaging. Any other special requirements for return will be enclosed with all purchases. Once goods have been examined and found to be in an acceptable condition, a refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods with return delivery cost deducted if you used our courier service.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Khyris (Pty) Ltd endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable
Sales tax. If delivery is to an outer lying area, then a surcharge will apply.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilize one of the other payment options.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. Follow the process on your screen
Please note that for EFT proof of payment must be emailed together with the Invoice No, Name and Delivery Address so that we can effect delivery timeously.
Khyris (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
Consent
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Khyris (Pty) Ltd and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Khyris (Pty) Ltd for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
